- You have 7 days from the date your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier to request a standard return or refund.
- To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Damaged & Broken Items (1-Day Notice Requirement)
We take immense pride in our high-grade professional packaging, but ceramic items can occasionally experience rough transit.
- Immediate Inspection Required: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- 1-Day Contact Rule: If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours (1 day) of receipt.
